The Archeon Priest Altar is located in the second to last chamber of the Archeon Temple on Archeon Temple Ruins.
The player is sent on a quest by Dr Cornelius to take a picture of it and bring it back to him.
Once the player takes a picture of the Archeon Priest Altar he or she must return back to Dr Cornelius.
