Carter Swiftcut is first seen after a fugitive is sought after because Arthur Bullhorn requests the player to help bring in an escaped fugitive.
Carter Swiftcut is located on Whiseman Reef in the top left quadrant.
When first approached Carter Swiftcut says:
- "You'll never take me alive!"
John Swiftblade then enters a fight with Carter Swiftcut.
After losing the fight Carter Swiftcut says the following:
- "Ok, I submit! I'll go back to jail..."
The Carter Swiftcut then follows the player around until he is delivered to Arthur Bullhorn on Bullhorn Farm.
