HandCircus added a Customer Support Portal to aid in communicating with the fans and players of their games.
The Seabeard knowledge base is located here. Currently, there are three articles: the Starter Guide and FAQ and Purchase issue and refund for iOS/iTunes and for Android/Google Play.
Members of the community have an option to raise a ticket to report an issue, directly to the Customer Support Portal.Status of the tickets can be found here.
