Malory Frank can be found standing on the docks on Larona Village.
Malory Frank usually wears a blue uniform with a blue police cap.
Side-Quest Option 1[]
When approached Malory Frank says:
- "These waters are filled with amazing animals! Seals, Dolphins - even Narwhals!"
- "And if you fill their faces in the Feeding Frenzy sailing challenge, you could win a Narwhal Horn, just for little ol' me!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to deliver her a Narwhal Horn.
Malory Frank will have a bubble with a Narwhal Horn above her head until you complete the side-quest or time runs out.
Upon approaching her with the Narwhal Horn Malory Frank says:
- "Feed all the hungry sea dwellers in the Feeding Frenzy challenge to win a Narwhal Horn for me. Please?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Malory Frank says the following after the Narwhal Horn is dragged over to her:
- "You've made a lot of sea creatures - and me - very happy!"
Malory Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Malory Frank is approached again at Larona Village after giving her the Narwhal Horn she says the following before walking away:
- "Hey! Thanks again, champ!"
Side-Quest Option 2[]
When approached Malory Frank says:

- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to deliver her a Whale Tooth.
Malory Frank will have a bubble with a Whale Tooth above her head until you complete the side-quest or time runs out.
Upon approaching her with the Whale Tooth Malory Frank says:
- "Feed all the hungry sea dwellers in the Feeding Frenzy challenge to win a Whale Tooth for me. Please?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Malory Frank says the following after the Whale Tooth is dragged over to her:
- "You've made a lot of sea creatures - and me - very happy!"
Malory Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Malory Frank is approached again at Larona Village after giving her the Narwhal Horn she says the following before walking away:
- "Hey! Thanks again, champ!"
Side-Quest Option 3[]
When approached Malory Frank says:
- "A cannon's no use if your aim isn't true. Prove your worth by tackling Target Practice sailing challenge..."
- "Not only will your skills improve, but you can win a Reinforced Wood Piece, which you should give straight to me!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to deliver her a Reinforced Wood Piece.
Malory Frank will have a bubble with a Reinforced Wood Piece above her head until you complete the side-quest or time runs out.
Upon approaching her with the [[Reinforced Wood Piece] Malory Frank says:
- "Master the Target Practice sailing challenge, and return with a Reinforced Wood Piece for me!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Malory Frank says the following after the Reinforced Wood Piece is dragged over to her:
- "Nice shooting, Tex! Oh, that's not your name? Well, nice shooting, whoever you are."
Malory Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Malory Frank is approached again at Larona Village after giving her the Narwhal Horn she says the following before walking away:
- "Hey! Thanks again, champ!"
Side-Quest Option 4[]
When approached Malory Frank says:
- "Hey you! Don't take this the wrong way, but your outfit's a little...drab."
- "Pick up some new threads and wow me with a new look!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to deliver buy one item of clothing.
Upon approaching her after buying one item of clothing Malory Frank says:
- "Now that's what I'm talking about. But fashion's not forever, so don't get complacent!"
Malory Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Side-Quest Option 5[]
When approached Malory Frank says:
- "You're that kid from Accordia, aren't you? Crazy. What's Your Prestige? <Insert player's prestige>? Huh?"
- "That's not bad, I s'pose. But why settle? I challenge you to boost your Prestige by 30."
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Malory Frank then a side-quest to have 30 more Prestige given.
If approached again before having 30 more Prestige she says:
- "You know that decorations increase your Prestige? Of course. So buy more decorations. It's not hard."
Upon returning to Malory Frank after the having 30 more Prestige she says:
- "How's that Prestige looking now? <Insert player's prestige>, huh? Yeah. Nice. Keep those decorations coming."
Malory Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Malory Frank is approached again at directly after this she repeats the same phrase.
Side-Quest Option 6[]
When approached Malory Frank says:

- "It's such a relief that Accordia has a Woodwork Stall. No more hikes to Woodchuck's for me!"
- "You have to make sure it stays well stocked! Please supply the Woodwork Trader with 2 new wooden items. For me!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to supply the Woodwork Stall 2 times.
Upon approaching him with after supplying Bertha Birchwood two times Malory Frank says:
- "I hope you've learned a a valubale lesson today - keep your stalls stocked, and your pockets full of coins!"
Malory Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Malory Frank is approached again at Larona Village after this she repeats the same phrase.
Side-Quest Option 8[]
When approached Malory Frank may say:
- "A good sea captain knows that speed is just a important as power and control, especially if you have to make a quick getaway!"
- "If you feel the need, seek out a Fast Lane challenge. You could win a Trophruit, which, coincidentally, I really want!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Malory Frank a side-quest appears to give her a Trophruit
Upon approaching him with the Trophruit Malory Frank says:
- "Pro tip:Fast Lane challenges are found on long sea routes route at sea. Now win me a Trophruit!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Malory Frank says the following after the Trophruit is dragged over to him:
- "Whoosh! What a victory! You're not using an performance - enhancing parts, are you? I won't tell..."
Malory Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Malory Frank is approached again at Larona Village after giving her the Trophruit he says the following before walking away:
- "Hey! Thanks again, champ!"
