The player is first asked to find an Wood Trader as part of a quest Alistair McCubbin sends the player on.
A food trader which can be hired is Bertha Birchwood located next to the Notice Board on Accordia.
After hiring a food trader the player has to return back to Alistair McCubbin to collect the reward and be given the next quest.
