Gilbert Grout is seen in the Architect on Larona Village after Alistair McCubbin requests the player to find a famous architect to purchase a Food Stall. Prior to this he has only been seen reconstructing a Crew House and Trader House on Accordia.
Gilbert Grout is one of the Grout Brothers. He is the shorter one among the two and the only one has a moustache.
He is in the back of the Architect standing next to his brother Gilbert Grout.
Gilbert Grout says the following upon approaching him:
- "Can we build it? Yes, we can. With the right budget and resources anyway."
Gilbert Grout then allow the player to browse around the shop.
