Sterling Frank can be found standing on the docks on Seadog Cove.
Side-Quest 1
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "I've got to get certain information to certain people. I can't say more than that."
- "Smuggle Mystery Package to Larona Village under cover of night. It can't fall into the wrong hands!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to smuggle Mystery Package.
If the player gets caught during the Avoid Security sailing challenge then nothing else happens and the side-quest is over.
Side-Quest 2
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "A cannon's no use if your aim isn't true. Prove your worth by tackling Target Practice sailing challenge..."
- "Not only will your skills improve, but you can win a Screw, which you should give straight to me!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to deliver her a Screw.
Sterling Frank will have a bubble with a Screw above her head until you complete the side-quest or time runs out.
Upon approaching her with the [[Screw] Sterling Frank says:
- "Master the Target Practice sailing challenge, and return with a Screw for me!"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank says the following after the Screw is dragged over to her:
- "Nice shooting, Tex! Oh, that's not your name? Well, nice shooting, whoever you are."
Sterling Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Sterling Frank is approached again at Larona Village after giving her the Narwhal Horn she says the following before walking away:
- "Hey! Thanks again, champ!"
Side-Quest 3
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "I've heard so many stories about Dorado Mine, but I need to see it for myself! Room on your ship for an intrepid explorer?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank gives a side-quest to deliver him to Dorado Mine.
Sterling Frank will follow the player around until he is delivered to Dorado Mine.
Upon arriving to Dorado Mine Sterling Frank says:
- "My friends were joking about those bloodthirsty Gnomes, right? Wait! Where are you going?!"
Sterling Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
Side-Quest 4
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "The Gold Ring my wife gave me to remind me of her has gone missing!"
- "I know I had it when I stopped off at Dorado Mine. Can you please see if it's there?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to find the lost Gold Ring.
Upon approaching her with the Gold Ring Sterling Frank says:
- "Any word on that Gold Ring?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank says the following after the Gold Ring is dragged over to her:
- "The operation was a success! You've done a great thing today."
Sterling Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Sterling Frank is approached again at Larona Village after giving her the Gold Ring she says the following before walking away:
- "Please accept my additional thanks, if not an additional reward."
Side-Quest 5
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "I've really like to surprise my daughter Lana with a little gift!"
- "Help an absent father to brighten his little girl's day? For coin?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then a side-quest appears to a Mail Package.
Upon approaching her after mailing the package Sterling Frank says:
- "The operation was a success! You've done a great thing today."
Sterling Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
Completing this side-quest also counts as helping another person.
If Sterling Frank is approached again at Seadog Cove after giving him the Gold Ring he says the following before walking away:
- "Please accept my additional thanks, if not an additional reward."
Side-Quest 5
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "I'm under quota for the day. I can't lose this job, it's a vital for my missio...I mean, family."
- "Perhaps if you caught me a nice Golden Pike, I'd be able to keep the boss happy."
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank a side-quest appears to give him a Golden Pike.
Upon approaching him with the Golden Pike Sterling Frank says:
- "Any word on that Golden Pike?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank says the following after the Golden Pike is dragged over to him:
- "The operation was a success! You've done great today."
Sterling Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
If Sterling Frank is approached again at Seadog Cove after giving her the Golden Pike she says the following before walking away:
- "Please accept my additional thanks, if not an additional reward."
Side-Quest 6
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "I need someone to take a few covert photos. Would you mind helping me out?"
- "Please go to Larona Village and snap Malory Frank. Just don't ask any questions."
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank then a side-quest appears to give him a photo of Malory Frank.
Upon approaching Sterling Frank with the photo of Malory Frank he says:
- "Do you have the photograph I requested?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank then the player has to drag over the photo to him and he says if it is not good enough:
- "I thought my request was quite specific. Where's the Malory Frank in this picture?"
If it is good enough she says the following:
- "The operation was a success! You've done something great today."
Sterling Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
If Sterling Frank is approached again at Seadog Cove after giving him the photo he says the following:
- "Please accept my additional thanks, if not an additional reward."
Side-Quest 7
Sterling Frank is located on the dock at Seadog Cove.
When approached Sterling Frank says:
- "I'm an amateur archaeologist, and I'd love to dig around Archeon Temple Ruins. Would you be so kind as to ferry me there?"
- Two options appear with "Nope" and "Sure!"
If "Sure!" is selected then Sterling Frank gives a side-quest to deliver him to Archeon Temple Ruins.
Sterling Frank will follow the player around until he is delivered to Archeon Temple Ruins.
Upon arriving to Archeon Temple Ruins Sterling Frank says:
- "This is going to be a bigger undertaking than I anticipated...Much obliged, <Insert player's name>."
Sterling Frank then gives the player the reward for the side-quest.
